Who we are

Inovsion Technologies (“Inovsion”, “we”, “us”) is a technology services company with a regional office at Office No. 216, Bank Street Building, Burjuman, Dubai 46162, United Arab Emirates, and a delivery centre at BHIVE, Mahalakshmi Chambers, MG Road, Bengaluru 560001, India.

What data we collect

Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry form, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the name, email address, telephone number, company name, country and any project details you choose to provide.

Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs including IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamp, for security and diagnostic purposes.

Preferences. We store your colour-theme choice in your browser's local storage. This never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us.

How we use your data

To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request.

To prepare proposals, estimates and contractual documentation.

To send service-related communications about work we are performing for you.

To maintain the security and integrity of our website and infrastructure.

To comply with our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Legal basis and your rights

Where the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, the UK and EU GDPR or India's DPDP Act applies, we process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, to object to or restrict processing, and to request portability. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

Data retention and security

Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from the last contact unless a commercial relationship begins, in which case it is retained for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by applicable accounting and tax law.

We apply encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, least-privilege access, logging and regular security review. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these obligations seriously and will notify affected individuals and regulators as required if a breach occurs.

Client project data

Data you share with us during a project is governed by the confidentiality and data processing terms of your Master Services Agreement, which take precedence over this policy. We act as a data processor for such data and process it only on your documented instructions.

Where a project involves AI models, we do not use client data to train models for other clients, and we do not send client data to third-party model providers without an agreed data processing arrangement.

Cookies and analytics

Essential storage. We keep two values in your browser's local storage: your light or dark theme preference, and your answer to the cookie prompt. Neither is sent to us or to anyone else, and neither can identify you. This is the only storage that is set without asking, because the site cannot honour your own choices without it.

Analytics. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and see which pages people find useful. IP addresses are truncated before storage, we do not run advertising or remarketing tags, and we do not sell or share this data. Analytics cookies are set only after you choose «Accept all» — until then Google Consent Mode holds every non-essential category in a denied state and no measurement cookie is written.

Changing your mind. Choose Cookie Settings here or in the site footer to reopen the prompt at any time. Selecting «Essential only» revokes analytics consent immediately; clearing your browser storage for this site resets everything.

Terms of service

Website content. The content of this website is provided for general information. While we work to keep it accurate, we make no warranty that it is complete or current, and it does not constitute professional advice or a binding offer.

Intellectual property. All text, design, code and graphics on this site are owned by Inovsion unless otherwise stated. Client names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are shown with permission or as fair reference.

Engagement terms. Commercial engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement. Statements of scope, timeline or price on this website are indicative and are not an offer capable of acceptance.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The revision date at the top of this page will always show when it was last changed. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
